(TNCLP) is a Master Limited Partnership (MLP) consisting of one nitrogen manufacturing facility in Verdigris, Oklahoma, and terminal operations in Blair, Nebraska and Pekin, Illinois. Terra Nitrogen Company, L.P.'s New York Stock Exchange ticker symbol is TNH. (See fact sheet.)

Terra Industries Inc. holds 75% of the outstanding units of TNCLP, and the remaining 25% of TNCLP's units are traded on the New York Stock Exchange. In addition to operating the TNCLP manufacturing facility in Verdigris, Terra also owns and operates five other North American manufacturing facilities, and has a 50% interest in an ammonia facility in Trinidad and 50% interest in GrowHow UK Ltd., a United Kingdom joint venture. Terra also has a deep-water terminal in Donaldsonville, Louisiana, and 50% interest in Houston Ammonia Terminal near Pasadena, Texas.
